How to trade safely

    Check the seller

    Look for a verified badge on the seller's profile, and check their rating and sale count before reaching out.

    Message and agree on terms

    Chat with the seller directly through Alvero. Agree on price, condition, and a public pickup location before committing to anything.

    Meet in person and inspect

    Arrange a meeting at a safe public location. Test the item thoroughly — power it on, check for defects, compare it to the listing description — before you pay anything.

    Pay only once you're satisfied

    Alvero doesn't process payments — you and the seller settle up directly (cash, UPI, bank transfer). Never pay in advance for an item you haven't seen.
