1. About Alvero

Alvero is a peer-to-peer marketplace for used PC hardware in India. We connect buyers and sellers so they can arrange a purchase directly with each other. We are not the buyer or seller of any item listed on the platform, and we do not process, hold, or guarantee any payment made between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Alvero. By creating an account you confirm this.

3. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Items must be genuine, owned by the seller, and legal to sell in India. Counterfeit goods, stolen items, and items with removed serial numbers are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

4. Payments and transactions

All payment and item handoff arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller — in person, by whatever payment method they agree on. Alvero has no role in, and no visibility into, the payment itself. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about the item and the other party before you pay. We strongly recommend inspecting any item in person before handing over payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alvero is not liable for the condition, authenticity, or legality of items sold on the platform, or for any payment, loss, or dispute arising between a buyer and seller. Transactions happen entirely at users' own risk.

6. Privacy

We collect your email address, and optionally your phone number and device fingerprint, to operate the platform and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties. Phone numbers are never displayed publicly.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
